Kraken Lock replaces unsecured adjustable type trailer coupler bolts with an hardened steel lock box which prevents theft of trailer.  Most trailer owners will lock trailer hitch end with a ball type lock (Tri-Max, MasterLock, etc) and on adjustable coupler type trailers there is two exposed bolts that a thief can remove and take the entire coupler off (defeating any type of lock attached to the hitch end) thieves can then bolt on their own coupler (replacement couplers are cheap) and in a matter of minutes they can take your dump/equipment/car hauler/boat & trailer or tow behind camper in addition to anything that is on or in the trailer (skid steer, atv's, boat, trailer mounted generators/welders, pressure washer, other expensive equipment or tools).
Kraken Lock is made from thick, high strength steel and an impenetrable Abloy locking mechanism (not your typical cheap and easily pick-able barrel type lock)  Solid steel box end closes over a grade 8 bolt plate thus quickly and easily replacing existing coupler bolts to prevent theft.
