Antique 12x11x6 Vintage Collectible McEwan's National Baking Powder Drawer Unit

Antique Vintage Collectible McEwen National Baking Powder Drawer Unit. Condition is Used.
The approximate measurements are 12 and 1/2 by 11 by 6 and 1/8 inch high.
This is dirty, Dusty, oily, mouse chewed all around, missing parts, the drawer goes in and all the way through the back side. It looks like a piece on the drawer bottom may have been replaced on the bottom. There's a round hole on the top I have no idea what that was for or how it was used. I have no idea how this whole unit was used, I have no idea what this is, I saw  the marking on the bottom. This has pieces missing and what is cracked pieces are dangling loose.
