Antique Original Herters Factory Oversized Black Duck Decoy 1940’s

Description

Antique Original Herters Factory Waseca Minnesota Oversized Black Duck Balsa Bodied circa. 1940's. The decoy is in all original paint and condition with some small dings and dents and some paint loss on the edges of the base. The head moves left to right slightly but is totally secure. The decoy retains it's original Herters ballast weight. The decoy is over-sized and measures 19.5" long, 8" wide and 8" high. A very nice example of an early Herters decoy.
