.  Inside are production photos, rehearsal photos, headshot photos, bios, Bacall career photos, background on the musical, costume sketches, set designs and award banners.  The cast includes Lauren Bacall, Penny Fuller, Len Cariou, Robert Mandan, Gwyda Donhowe, Brandon Maggart, Lee Roy Reams, Bonnie Franklin, John Anania, Tom Urich and Ray Becker.  Music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by Lee Adams and book by Betty Comden & Adolph Green (based on the film All About Eve and the original story by Mary Orr).  Directed and choreographed by Ron Field.
Includes newspaper reviews.

Condition near excellent with minor wear.
CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
