M1 Carbine Winchester Bull Nose Hand Guard (Early Type 1)

Description

The bid is for the pictured Early Winchester Unmarked Bullnose M1 Carbine Hand Guard, making it one of the earliest made by Winchester. It is in fine condition, having only a small sliver of wood absent along the barrel groove and a small brass pin near the nose, and a few small nicks and scratches.  The rivets and the metal tab are nice and tight. Pictures tell the story.
