Masonic Freemason Vintage Railroad Belt Buckle Kit

From family estate.  Appears to have never been used.  Exact year and history of this item is unknown.  Buckle has two interchangeable inserts. The inserts appear to be enamel over porcelain and have "1977 Incentives" molded in.  Photos are part of description.  Original box has the owners name in ink on the box top.  The buckle will be very well packed for safe and insured shipping.  Shipping to continental USA only.  Thanks!!
