Pair Decoys Evans Duck Mammoth Scale Large Decoys Working for Restoration

I am told these are Mammoth Scale Evans Duck Decoys.
Somebody turned them into patriotic lamps. Under that paint, the condition looks pretty good.
I am depending on you to be the expert.
Great Folk Art as is, or restore them to original.
The approx dimensions are:
- Beak to tail = 17 1/2 inch
- breast to tail = 15 1/4
- widest point = 7 1/4
- body height = 4 1/2
- head height = 7 1/8
