RARE Vntg antique 1960s Macy’s glass display showcase blue silk tufted material.
This showcase is all one piece. The glass does not remove from the wooden base. Look closely at pictures… The feet have some issues. Also, the glass is starting to come away from one corner as you can see by the silver tape. It does not affect it at this point but it must be pointed out. Has the original blue silk tufted material and all the tiny pins for holding it down. Many have been removed while cleaning and vacuuming the material. It measures approximately 8 feet from one corner to the other and has four doors that drop down in the back. No locking mechanisms. Also it does have bulbs in it for lighting. I have not tried to use them so I cannot say if they work or not. It is solid wood. It’s an amazing piece and an absolutely gorgeous display!
