    Description

    This ebay Buy-It-Now offering provides all the above shown parts to tune up and field repair your Snap on XT7100 1/2" drive impact wrench. You cannot buy this kit from Snap on and you cannot find somebody else on the internet offering this kit. It is unique and custom designed by me.
    Snap on Tools no longer supports making repair parts for this tool.
    The regulator valve inside the forward/reverse valve body is small and black. This o'ring is not shown on any Snap on diagrams.
    2 ounces of:  ATF, Marvel Mystery oil or light motor oil should be installed inside the hammer frame end of the tool housing.  If your tool anvil has a rough edge on the seal journal for the front oil seal and holding oil won't work use black moly grease instead of oil for the hammer case end of the tool. Ingersoll Rand uses grease on their hammer case parts and it seems to work well.

    The four large o'rings are sized correctly based on the housing diameters. Small o'ring to the front end plate. 2 medium sized o'rings to the cylinder. Largest o'ring to the rear end plate. Light oil, vaseline or grease for installation. This is different from Snap on because they use the same o'rings on 3 different parts. There are many errors that have never been corrected by Snap on with their tool drawings. I have have had to learn this quickly by correcting their mistakes and adding some of my own critical fixes.
    Provided in this lot are as shown above and stated below:
    ME6A29............as item 1, the front seal.
    ME7A97............as item 3a, the 1/2" drive anvil socket retaining ring.
    ME7B3..............as item 3b, o'ring 1 black.
    ME11A48..........as item 7, the front rotor support bearing.
    ME6A35............as item 8, the air motor oil seal.
    ME7B91............as item 9, the o'ring for the front air motor end plate. This is the
    smallest
    of the (4) o'rings in this kit.
    XT7100-30-9V...as item 11, the 9 vane rotor set for this tool.
    ME7B16J...........as item 13, the (2) medium-sized air motor cylinder body o'rings.
    *Special note.....the o'ring needed for the rear end plate is the largest o'ring of the (4) supplied with this kit. The largest o'ring groove plate diameter calls for a larger o'ring than Snap on dictates. I have purchased several XT7100 tools for parts and looked carefully at this o'ring application in making this statement.
    ME11A46...........as item 17, the rear rotor support bearing.
    XT7100-3..........as item 18, the rear cover gasket. The OEM gaskets are discontinued.  Snap on stopped offering this item with my last bulk purchase in January 2018. My kits will have only hand cut back cover gaskets available starting 12/1/2018.

    ME7A211...........as item 22, the reverse valve retaining ring.
    BLACK O'RING....as item 23A, the regulator spool o'ring seal. Not shown in above print.
    IM6100-22.........as item 31, the throttle valve seat.
    IM6500HP20......as item 32, the trigger valve, aka throttle valve.
    **NOTE the valve head must be positioned at the right location for proper sealing to take place. The valve or seat can be damaged from improper installation procedure.
    **IM3100 throttle valve and tip valve are provided for easier tool repair than the above mentioned tip valve and seat as they are tough to install correctly without the Snap on special tool that is not sold outside of the repair centers.
    XT7100 reverse valve complete and hand threaded for the adjusting knob which is now obsolete and NOT included here. The pressure regulator is threaded and a new screw is provided as shown in the above photos.
