The musical opened Off Broadway in NYC on 04/17/78 and ran for only 64 performances.  The show then moved to Broadway where it opened on 06/19/78 and ran for 1584 performances.  Inside are production photos, costumed photos, headshot photos, bios, background on the play and some lyrics.  The cast includes Alexis Smith, Larry Hovis, William Hardy, Marilyn J. Johnson, Jay Garner, Roxie Lucas, Joseph Warren, Mimi Bessette, Robert Mayer, Valerie Austyn, Dolly Colby and Ruth Gottschall.  Music and lyrics by Carol Hall and book by Larry L. King and Peter Masterson.  Directed by Peter Masterson and Tommy Tune and choreographed by Tommy Tune.  The program is complete.

Condition is near excellent with minor surface wear.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
