Recently acquired from a local estate sale in Key Largo, Florida. . . 50 plus year collection of goodies from a Maritime Salvage Diver. . .
I have (5) of these bronze (could be brass but thought to be bronze) plaques. . . (1) I will keep for myself, so I am offering (4) of them for sale. . .
UPDATE: The 1st sold here in the first hour after listing. . . Another has been held for a friend, so now there are only 2 available. . .
Original condition (thought to be vintage World War II era from my research) with various stages / levels of patina and some light rust stains from another source of iron where they were stored. . . First come, first serve can pick 1-4 if they prefer a certain patina look. . ?
Two of the the photos are of the (5th) piece that I cleaned with a mild acid boat bottom hull cleaner to show how they can be cleaned up if you prefer. . . I can acid etch (before shipping) to look the same if you prefer. . ?  The photo mounted on my wall (green background) was taken just day(s) after the quick acid bath and you can see how much in has naturally darkened again. . .
The raised bosses in the middle of the shield shaped badges are for stamping in specific identification. . . These are all virgin (unstamped) pieces, so you could also get creative and stamp to your liking (i.e. birth or special dates, names, 007, etc.). . .
